The Cowtown Cycle Party World Headquarters are located in the historic Gordon Boswell Flowers warehouse. The flower shop is at 1220 Pennsylvania Ave. and we are based in the warehouse around the corner in the 500 block of South Lake Street. Parking is free along the east side South Lake Street. If there’s no space open, please pay to park at the public lot on Pennsylvania on the east side of Boswell Flowers. Get a business card from your driver for your car dashboard and all-day parking is only $2.

Indeed we do! Our insurance provider requires it. Our drivers are licensed by the City of Fort Worth. They basically work for tips so if you get good service, a nice tip is certainly appreciated!

No, but riders can bring their own snacks and permissible drinks. No hard liquor is allowed and no glass containers. Bring your own cooler with beer in cans, wine in a box or plastic bottles. It’s BYOB/serve yourself – we do not sell or serve alcoholic drinks. You must be on the bike to consume alcohol – no stepping off with a drink. We insist that all riders who drink alcohol on the bike do so responsibly!

All riders must be 18 or older. In order to have beer and wine on the Cycle Party, all riders must be 21 years-of-age and must provide valid identification. If there are any underage riders onboard, no alcohol can be consumed on the big bike. Do not drink before your tour. If you show up drunk, you will not be allowed to ride. We care about your safety!

Due to the construction of the bike, anyone weighing 250 pounds or more should not sit on a pedaling seat. There are non-pedaling seats over the rear wheels and there’s also the back bench.

We have three adjustable seats for people under 5’3″. Please let your driver adjust the seat for you.

Layered clothing is good and make sure you wear shoes that will stay on (flip flops don’t). Also, be sure to bring water to stay hydrated.

It generally goes about 5-8 mph. Naturally, the more people pedaling, the faster (and easier) it gets.

The Cycle Party runs from 10am to 10pm Monday-Saturday and Noon to 9:30pm on Sundays. Standard tour start times Monday-Saturday are 10am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5:30pm and 8pm. Sunday start times are Noon, 2:30pm, 5:00pm & 7:30pm. All tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Reserving the entire bike for a private Cycle Party costs $320 for a two-hour tour Monday-Thursday. If you have a group of 16, that’s $20 a person. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a two-hour private tour is $380, with 16 people, that’s only $23.75 per person. The renter pays the full price when the tour is booked. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

The Make New Friends Mixer is a great way to meet new and interesting people aged 21 and older! The Mixer Tours run Thursdays from 8-10pm, Sundays from Noon-2pm, and Sundays 2:30-4:30pm. Tickets are only $30 and you must reserve your seat at least 48 hours in advance. We need at least 8 people signed up for the Mixers to be a go. Please note, if we don’t have the minimum number of pedalers, we will reschedule your tour so there’s enough leg power to make it fun. We give rain checks, not refunds for Mixer tours that don’t roll because there are not at least 8 people.

The Cycle Party operates rain or shine. If dangerous weather does occur, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and offer you a rain check. We also offer a rain check if the tour has to be cancelled within the first hour due to severe weather.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• More than 30 days out – you can reschedule, or get a 50% refund.
• 14 – 30 days out – you can reschedule only, no refunds apply.
• Less than 14 days out – sorry, no refund or rain check unless there is an issue with the crazy Texas weather.

Riding the Cycle Party can be dangerous, just like riding any bike. You could possibly fall off and bump your head. We offer bike helmets because it’s prudent. You don’t have to wear one — that’s totally up to you. Please review the Liability Waiver.
