We operate by reservation. Make your reservation online now!
- Monday – Saturday 10am – 10pm
- Sunday Noon – 9:30pm
- Open all year round!
Pricing
$399 for 2 hours | Easy flat-rate pricing! You pay the same price whether you have 8 or 16 people.
We currently have 3 Party Bikes in our fleet, and can hold up to 48 people! Multiple-Bike Parties require 20% Captain Gratuity.
Payment Options
We now accept deposits! $100 deposit per Party Bike will hold your date and time. Need to make a change? Your deposit is transferrable to any date or time available. Email us at info@cowtowncycleparty.com or text/call us at 682-42-CYCLE to pay your deposit today.
Please note, full payment is required to complete your reservation.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and are happy to work with you to reschedule your Cowtown Cycle Party.
If you choose to cancel, the following applies:
- For cancellations made with 30 days or less notice, we will grant a rain check to use at a later time.
- No refunds or rain checks will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled tour.
Tipping
Tips are always appreciated! If you had a great time, tipping your Captain the standard service industry of 20% is customary.
