We’re Fort Worth’s original BYOB, pedal-powered Party Bike! Family-owned and operated since 2012, we offer a one-of-a-kind way to explore Fort Worth, celebrate with friends, and make memories. Every party includes a trained Captain to steer the bike and keep the good times rolling!

• Private Party: Reserve the entire Party Bike exclusively for your group. You choose the route, stops, and music. Available for 6–16 adults.
• Public Party: Purchase individual seats and share the Party Bike with other guests. Come solo, bring a friend, or bring a group! Available for 1–16 ticket purchases, with a minimum of 8 confirmed adults required for the party to go.

• Public Party: $39 per person ($45 including tax).
• Private Party: $399 flat rate ($450 including tax) for 6–16 adults.
• Multi-Bike Party: Groups larger than 16 can reserve multiple bikes. Contact us for details. Our full fleet accommodates up to 64 adults. A 20% Captain gratuity is added to reservations of two or more bikes.

Private Party pricing is the same whether you have 6 or 16 guests!

No problem! Our Multi-Bike Parties accommodate groups of 17–64 adults using two to four Party Bikes. Contact us to arrange your reservation.

Private and Public Parties are offered year-round, every day of the week, by reservation.

Choose from five 2-hour booking times:

• 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 12:30 PM–2:30 PM
• 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
• 5:30 PM–7:30 PM
• 8:00 PM–10:00 PM

Spots fill fast! We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to get your first choice of date and time.

Yes! Private Party deposits are $100 per Party Bike. The remaining balance is due one week before your party. Contact us at info@cowtowncycleparty.com or 682-422-9253 to arrange a deposit.

Full payment is required to complete your reservation.

• Private Parties: All guests must be at least 18 years old.
• Private Parties with BYOB alcohol: All guests must be at least 21 years old.
• Public Parties: All guests must be at least 21 years old.

There’s no maximum age. You’re never too old to party with us!

Absolutely! Cowtown Cycle Party is BYOB. Guests may bring beer, wine, seltzers, canned cocktails, and other canned beverages.

Alcohol is only permitted when everyone on board is 21 or older. Glass bottles and hard liquor are not allowed.

Please bring plenty of water, too!

No. Bring your own beverages, ice, and snacks. We recommend small, easy-to-eat snacks like chips, pretzels, and cookies. We don’t have room for party platters or charcuterie boards.

We cruise through Fort Worth’s Near Southside, South Main Street, Downtown, and Sundance Square areas. We visit bars, quick bites, murals, historic landmarks, and other fun stops along the way.

We do not operate in the Stockyards or West 7th areas.

Private Parties can customize their route and stops. Public Parties follow a shared experience, so stops and timing are coordinated by your Captain.

Yes! Pedaling is part of the fun. Your Captain will let you know when to pedal and when to rest. We have non-pedaling seating options available, too.

No. Only our trained and employed Captains are allowed to operate the Party Bike. Your Captain safely steers while keeping the party going!

Absolutely! If you have a favorite Captain, let us know when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and athletic shoes that stay securely on your feet. No high heels or flip-flops. 

Bring:

• Valid photo ID
• Cooler with ice and your canned BYOBs (no glass)
• Small snacks
• Your favorite upbeat playlist

We provide a Bluetooth speaker for music on board.

Coolers must be no larger than 26″ long × 15″ tall × 15″ wide and must weigh less than 50 pounds when fully loaded.

We have coolers available to borrow by request, first come, first served. Please let us know when booking. We do not provide ice.

Our seats with working pedals have a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds each. Guests over 250 pounds can use the rear bench or middle aisle, which have their own weight limits. Contact us if you have questions about seating accommodations.

Free street parking is available, but spaces can be limited. We recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service. Plan ahead and never drink and drive!

Please have all guests arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to check in, complete waivers, and get ready to party!

Rain doesn’t necessarily stop the party! Our Party Bikes have a roof, and we can usually operate in light rain as long as there is no lightning or severe weather alerts.

If you don’t want to ride in the rain, contact us about a Reschedule Credit. If the National Weather Service issues a Severe Weather Warning for your party time, we’ll contact you to arrange a reschedule or credit.

For everyone’s safety, your Captain may end a party early if severe weather develops during your ride. In that situation, a prorated Reschedule Credit will be provided.

Yes. Every participant must complete a waiver on our iPad at check-in. Helmets are optional and available upon request.
