What is The Cowtown Cycle Party?
The Cowtown Cycle Party is Fort Worth’s famous BYOB, pedal-powered, “Party on Wheels!”
We’re a local family-owned and operated business and proud to be the 1st Party Bike in North Texas, est. 2012. Fort Worth is our home and we look forward to showing y’all around in a fun way!
How much does it cost? Do you accept deposits?
Private Parties for 6-16 adults are $399 ($450 after taxes). Our Private Parties are flat-rate, which means the final total is $450 whether you have 6 or 16 guests.
Public Party tickets are $39 per adult before tax.
We do accept deposits! Deposits are a great way to hold your first-choice date and time. Our Private Party deposit is $100 per Party Bike, and remaining balance is due 1 week before your party’s date. To place your deposit, please email us at info@cowtowncycleparty.com or call/text us at 682-42-CYCLE.
Full payment is required to complete your reservation.
What’s the age requirement?
Private Parties are 18+. If you choose to BYOB alcohol, all participants must be 21+.
Public Parties are 21+. BYOB alcohol is allowed on all Public Parties.
No age maximum– You’re never too old to party with us!
What is your weight limit?
Our 12 seats located on the sides can hold a maximum weight of 250 pounds each.
Guests over 250 pounds are welcome to sit on our rear bench or stand in our middle aisle. Our rear bench seat can hold a maximum of 500 pounds, and our middle aisle can hold a maximum of 250 pounds.
Where can we go? What do we do?
We pedal and party in the Near Southside, South Main Street, Downtown Fort Worth, and Sundance Square areas. We do not operate in The Stockyards or West 7th areas for safety reasons.
We pedal, party, and repeat. CHEERS to that! Visit bars, murals, quick bites, historic monuments, and more while turning heads on our giant BYOB Party Bike. We know all the hottest spots in town! Click here to view our available stops.
We also have fun and interactive on-board games to play. You won’t have to worry about keeping your guests entertained– our Captains are the BEST in Texas!
Do you provide a Captain? Can I drive it?
We provide a trained Captain to safely steer your Party Bike. Got a favorite Captain? You can request them!
No, ONLY our trained and employed Captains are allowed to drive our Party Bike.
What should we wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate, athletic clothes and shoes that will stay on your feet. No high heels or flip flops. Remember, you will be pedaling. Hold on to your hats, cowboys and cowgirls! It can get windy when we pedal.
What should I bring? Is my cooler too big?
Bring your valid ID, a cooler, ice, canned beverages, and your favorite upbeat playlist. We provide a bluetooth speaker for your use on board.
Your cooler must be no larger than 26 inches long, 15 inches tall, and 15 inches wide, and must weigh less than 50 pounds when fully loaded with your ice and BYOBs. If your Captain says your cooler is too large or too heavy, you will be required to use one of our coolers instead. This Igloo 48 QT Classic style is the perfect style of cooler to bring.

We have coolers available to borrow by request, first come first serve. Please let us know at booking if you would like to borrow a cooler. We do not have ice available on site.
Do you provide ice, drinks, or food?
No, we don’t provide ice, drinks, or food. Please bring your own cooler with ice, drinks, and snacks.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted if all participants on board are 21+. Glass bottles and hard liquor are NOT allowed. Beer/wine products in non-breakable containers, like cans or boxes, are allowed. Spiked lemonades, seltzers, and other canned beverages are allowed. Remember to bring plenty of water, too.
You are welcome to bring small snacks. For example: individual bags of chips, jerky strips, pretzels, cookies, etc. Please note, we don’t have room for party platters or charcuterie boards. We don’t recommend chamoy sauce, dips, or similar items that can cause sticky messes and stains.
Where do we start and end? Is there parking?
809 Galveston Avenue Fort Worth, TX is our starting and ending location.
Free street parking is available, but can be limited. Carpooling or ridesharing is recommended. Plan wisely, and NEVER drink and drive!
Do we really have to pedal?
Yes! Pedaling is required on our 10 seats that have pedals. We have 5 non-pedaling seats, and standing room for 1 guest.
Your Captain will tell you when to pedal and when to rest. Pedaling is easy when you work together as a team!
When can I book? How do I make my reservation?
Book online now! A reservation is required for all Cowtown Cycle Parties.
We recommend booking your Private Party at least 3 weeks in advance to get your first choice date and time.
During our peak seasons, March-May and October-December, we recommend booking all parties at least 2 months in advance.

What if there's bad weather forecasted for my party?
If there’s rain, but no lightning or severe weather alerts, we can still party if you’re up for it! Our wide roof and your rain jacket will keep you mostly dry.
If there’s lightning, a severe weather alert, or you simply don’t want to get wet, we are happy to give you a reschedule credit. Sorry, no refunds.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations – Any Reason
Life happens, and we understand! Contact us via email at info@cowtowncycleparty.com or 682-42-CYCLE if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason. We will provide you with a Reschedule Credit to come back and party with us on a better date. Sorry, no refunds.
Cancellations – Weather
Rain or shine, we can have a great time! We are still able to party if there is rain forecasted with no severe weather like lightning or hail.
Don’t want to get rained on? We can set you up with a Reschedule Credit to come back on a better day. Contact us to request your Reschedule Credit.
If a Severe Weather Warning is issued by the National Weather Service for your party’s time, we will contact you to reschedule your party to the next available time, or offer you a Reschedule Credit for future use. Sorry, no refunds.
In the rare event that sudden, severe weather hits while during your party time, your Captain has the authority to end your party at their discretion. Our Captains are trained to keep you and your guests safe at all times. If our Captain chooses to end your party early due to severe weather, you will receive a prorated Reschedule Credit. Sorry, no refunds.
What’s up with the waiver?
Safety first! All participants must complete our waiver on our iPad at check-in. Helmets are optional, and available upon request.
