What is The Cowtown Cycle Party?

The Cowtown Cycle Party is Fort Worth’s famous BYOB, pedal-powered, “Party on Wheels!”

We’re a local family-owned and operated business and proud to be the 1st Party Bike in North Texas. Fort Worth is our home and we look forward to showing y’all around in a fun way!

Where do we start and end? Is there parking?

809 Galveston Avenue Fort Worth, TX is our starting and ending location.

Free street parking is available, but can be limited. Carpooling or ridesharing is recommended. Plan wisely, and NEVER drink and drive!

Where can we go?

We pedal and party in the Near Southside, South Main Street, Downtown Fort Worth, and Sundance Square areas. We do not operate in The Stockyards or West 7th areas for safety reasons.

Do you provide a Captain?

Yes, we provide a trained Captain to steer your Party Bike and keep you motivated to pedal. Our Captains are the BEST Party Hosts in Texas and know how to keep everyone entertained throughout your experience.

Got a favorite Captain? You can request them!

Do you provide drinks, ice, or food?

No, we don’t provide drinks, ice, or food. You can BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages!)

You are allowed to bring alcoholic beverages if all participants on board are 21+. Glass bottles and hard liquor are not permitted. Beer/wine products in non-breakable containers, like cans or boxes, are allowed. Remember to bring plenty of water, too!

Snacks are allowed, less messy is best. Bring snacks that you can enjoy while pedaling a bike in motion– individual bags of chips, jerky strips, pretzels, etc. We don’t have room for party platters or charcuterie boards. Sorry, no chamoy sauce or dips allowed. 

What’s the age requirement?

Private Parties are 18+. If you choose to BYOB alcohol, all participants must be 21+.

Public Parties are 21+. BYOB alcohol is allowed on all Public Parties.

No age maximum– You’re never too old to party with us!

What should we wear?

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate, athletic clothes and shoes that will stay on your feet. No high heels or flip flops. Remember, you will be pedaling!

Do we really have to pedal?

Yes! Pedaling is required on our 10 seats that have pedals. We have 5 non-pedaling seats, and standing room for 1 guest. Don’t wanna pedal? Bring 10+ friends, and you can relax on one of our non-pedaling seats!

Your Captain will tell you when to pedal and when to take a rest. Pedaling is easy when you work together as a team!

When can I book?

You can book online now! A reservation is required for all Cowtown Cycle Parties.

We recommend booking your Private Party at least 1 month in advance to get your first choice date and time.

During our peak seasons, March-May and October-December, we recommend booking all parties at least 2 months in advance.

How much does it cost?

Private Parties for 6-16 adults are $399. Public Party tickets are $39 per adult. Full payment is required to complete your reservation.

Do you accept deposits?

Yes! Our deposits are a great way to hold your preferred date and time. To place your deposit, please contact us at info@cowtowncycleparty.com or 682-42-CYCLE.

What if there's bad weather?

If there’s rain, but no lightning or severe weather alerts, we can still party if you’re up for it! Our wide roof and your rain jacket will keep you mostly dry.

If there’s lightning, a severe weather alert, or you simply don’t want to get wet, we are happy to give you a reschedule credit. Sorry, no refunds.

What if I need to cancel for a different reason?

What’s up with the waiver?

Your safety is our goal. All participants must complete our waiver on our iPad at check-in. Helmets are optional, and available upon request.

What is your weight limit?

Our 12 seats located on the sides can hold a maximum weight of 230 pounds each.

Guests over 230 pounds are welcome to sit on our rear bench or stand in our middle aisle. Our rear bench seat can hold a maximum of 500 pounds, and our middle aisle can hold a maximum of 250 pounds.
